Family owned and operated since 1985, Smith's is Massachusetts' original farmstead producer of Gouda, Cheddar, and Havarti cheeses. Using fresh milk from our Holstein herd, we proudly handcraft each batch of our award-winning raw milk cheeses, cultured butter, and creamline whole milk
